Depending on the nature of the surface to be treated (covered or uncovered parking, washing area or unloading area,...) and on local regulations, it is accepted that part of the waste water does not go completely to the separator. In this case, a storm overflow (bypass) is installed. This system is mainly installed at outdoor parking garages.
